Dear APU Members,

The APU Board received recommendations from the Idea Committee in relations to remove Member Jungle chat citing lack of resource to proper monitoring the chat rooms.

After weighing on the pros and cons of this recommendation as well as feedback from others about the chat room, the APU board voted in favour of accepting the recommendation.

As per midnight 8 October 2023, these following chat rooms will be closed;

- APU Member

- APU_Suggestion & Feedback

the two topic specific chat-rooms on the app will remain active;

- APU Referees

- International Event Corner

The Idea Committee is currently constructing an alternative method for members to provide their requests and/or opinions.

The APU will also be looking into establishing a stakeholders' forum by the end of the year. Until then, an email apu.randos@gmail.com (Request and Opinions) is created as ad-interim channel.
